A flight reservation PDF is only useful if the details are clear and correct. Use this checklist when you receive yours.
The basics
- Passenger names match the passport.
- Airline and flight numbers for each leg.
- Departure and arrival airports with dates and times.
- The booking reference (PNR).
The label
- The document should say clearly that it is a reservation and not a ticket. Be careful with any document that hides this.
Checks you can do
- Open the airline website and use Manage booking with the reference and family name.
- Compare dates with your cover letter and leave dates.
If something is wrong
- Contact the seller straight away. Give your order number and what is wrong. A wrong name is easier to fix early.
